3.3 Account Suspension & Closure

dd555 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons: breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, deceptive behavior, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dd555 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following mobile financial services:

• bKash — Bangladesh's popular mobile wallet
• Nagad — the postal department's digital payment service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile service

Deposits are not accepted through any method other than those listed above.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

For each payment method:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: typically completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

dd555 reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be put on hold or cancelled if verification fails or fraud is suspected.

• The account used for withdrawal must match the account used at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% welcome bonus is available on the first deposit at dd555, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

• Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance becomes ৳2,200.
• Example: depositing ৳10,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance becomes ৳15,000.

Each user is eligible to receive this welcome bonus only once.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times (25x) the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on the deposit amount.

• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The deposited amount may be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met, but the bonus will be forfeited in that case.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering calculations — game-specific rules apply.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers:

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the offer explicitly allows it.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
• dd555 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Unused bonuses are automatically cancelled once they expire.

7.2 Tier Changes

Users can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular gaming activity and active participation on the platform. dd555 reserves the right to determine the schedule and amount of cashback payments.

8.1 Our Commitment
